SBX Logistics respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process through this website, why, and what your rights are. It applies the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we process

When you contact us by email or phone: your name, company, contact details and the content of your request.
When you visit the website: technical data recorded in the server log files (IP address, browser type, date and time, pages viewed, referring page). They are used to run and secure the website.
Audience measurement: [tool to confirm, e.g. Matomo configured for the CNIL exemption]. Statistics are aggregated, IP addresses are shortened, and you can object at any time: [opt-out link].
Client area (WMS Login): it is hosted on our warehouse management platform and governed by your logistics contract, not by this policy.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Purposes and legal bases

We use these data to answer your requests and prepare our offers (steps prior to a contract), to operate and secure the website, and to measure its audience (legitimate interest).

Recipients and transfers

Your data are accessible only to the SBX Logistics teams in Switzerland and France who need them, and to our service providers bound by confidentiality. They may be disclosed to authorities where the law requires it. Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection.

Retention

Contact and prospect data: 3 years from our last contact, unless a contract requires longer. Server log files: 24 months. Audience statistics: 25 months at most.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to its processing, ask for it to be restricted or receive it in a machine-readable format, by writing to info@sbxlogistics.com. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland or with the CNIL in France.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Minors

This website is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data about persons under 18. If you think this has happened, please contact us and we will delete the data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The version published on this page applies.
